Using the expertise of its experienced specialists and applying all international standards of processing, freezing, and packaging shrimp, the Caspian Kian Paad Company has been able in recent years to establish an optimal system in this regard with an emphasis on the principles of quality and safety control in order to export this product. Accordingly, all the standards for catching, freezing and refrigerated storage stages have been considered with an emphasis on cold chain management.
To this end, cold chain management from shrimp catching to processing, implementation of the quality control system, and documentation and implementation of the tracking system from pond to refrigerated storage have been put into operation employing the highest international standards.
